After completing the Certificate of Natural Health Professional through Wellness Simplified, Reiki Master, and Advanced Wellness Nutritionist, I received the Loomis Digestive Health Specialist Diploma from the state of Wisconsin and the Advanced Digestive Health Specialist Diploma from The Food Enzyme Institute.

Born and raised in Honduras with a herpetology tradition; for my parents and family, this was the way to health, leading me to professional experience in nutrition and related areas such as disease prevention and wellness. Through research, training, and some of my health challenges, I have become an expert in digestive health, nutrition, and emotional wellness. I aim to provide you with information and the tools to evaluate the best approach for your nutritional and emotional health and create a winning plan for you.

I am excited to apply what I have learned and pass that knowledge on to my clients. I enjoy providing the opportunity for clients to tell their stories, feel heard, and then through the wellness process, empower them to take control of their own health. Through a unique process utilizing the 24-hour urinalysis, homeostatic nutritional analysis, symptoms questionnaire, and health interview, I provide a scientific method to determine the root cause of stress. I support healing from the inside out rather than suppressing symptoms. I am passionate about the unique process I can provide and am constantly amazed and inspired by the changes within myself and the life-changing experiences for my clients.

Because of my education and personal experiences, I am able to help people feel better and live a more fulfilling and satisfying life with increased vitality and energy. I love teaching how the body, mind, and spirit work together, what happens when the balance has been lost, and what we can do together to restore balance. I believe health encompasses your whole being. I love to inspire change with those who are ready to commit to a new paradigm of True Vibrant and Inner Vitality.
